Dr. Charles Hoffe is a courageous doctor from Lytton in British Columbia, Canada, who wrote an open letter to the chief health officer in the province of British Columbia, Mrs. Dr. Bronnie Henry (link). Before this letter, there were strange circumstances about reporting of vaccine side effects, which, according to a statement by the clinic, were made, but never reached the responsible health authority (link). On April 29th, Dr. Hope was suspended from his job at the local clinic because of "promoting vaccine reluctance" (Vaccine Hesitancy). However, he continued to work as a doctor in his own practice until a few days ago it was attacked by a devastating fire that broke out in nine places at the same time (link).
Dr. Hope had started to carry out important examinations on his patients about the onset of blood clotting after the Covid vaccination and was collecting the documents (these data were not destroyed by the fire because they were doubly secured). In an interview with Laura Lynn Tyler Thompson (link), Dr. Hoffe now talked about the dangers of the Covid vaccination. Dr. Charles Hoffe: We now know that when the Covid vaccine is injected into the arm, only 25% of it actually remains at the injection site, the other 75% is literally caught by the lymphatic system and passed into the bloodstream. These small packages of messenger RNA [are not so small]: in one single dose of a modern vaccine are 40 trillion messenger RNA molecules. 40 trillion is injected into your arm.

00:0008:01[Spike proteins provoke blood clotting against bleeding - and this is how blood clots develop]
3/4 of it is caught by the lymph vessels. They go into your bloodstream in these tiny packages that are designed to be absorbed into the cell. But obviously, when something is in your bloodstream, the only cells it gets absorbed into are the cells around your blood vessels, and the place where the absorption takes place is the capillary networks. In other words, these are the tiniest vessels [in the outer regions of the body] where the blood flows very slowly. These are tiny, tiny vessels. So, these little gene packages are taken up into the cells around the blood vessels, which is the vascular endothelium. The package opens, the genes are released, your body then goes to work reading those genes and producing trillions and trillions of covid spike proteins. Because even though you've got 40 trillion genes [RNA molecules], each gene [RNA molecule] can produce many, many Covid Spike proteins.
And the purpose of the spike proteins is for your body to recognize this as a foreign protein and make antibodies against it. So that you are then protected against Covid. That's the idea. But here comes the problem: in a coronavirus, this spike protein becomes part of the viral capsule. In other words, it's like the cell wall around the virus called the viral capsule. But it's not in a virus, it's in your cells! Hence, it becomes part of the cell wall of your vascular endothelium, which means that those cells that line your blood vessels, which were supposed to be smooth for your blood to flow smoothly, now have these little spiky pieces sticking out.
So it is absolutely inevitable that blood clots will form because your platelets circulate in your vessels, and the purpose of platelets is to detect a damaged vessel and block that vessel to stop bleeding.

So when the platelets come through the capillary, they suddenly find these little spikes that protrude into the inside of the vessel. It is absolutely inevitable that [the platelets want to repair the blooding damage which was provoked by the spike proteins so] a blood clot will form blocking this vessel. This is how the platelets work. As it is absolutely predictable that the injection will cause cancer because it is full of carcinogens, these spike proteins will predictably cause blood clots because they are in your blood vessels. That’s guaranteed!
[The D-dimer test for detecting the little blood clots in the capillars]
Dr. Bhakdi then told me the way to prove this is a blood test called the D-dimer test for finding out if this is really happening. Because the problem with the blood clots that we hear about through the media that they say are very rare, these are the big blood clots. These are the ones that can cause strokes and [heart attacks]. Clots in your brain, these are the ones that show up on CT scans and CT angiograms and MRIs.
The clots I am talking about are microscopic, they are literally at the level of the capillaries and they are scattered around your capillary network. So they won't be seen on any scan, they're just too small and too scattered. The only way to know for sure if this predictable mechanism of clotting actually happened is by taking a blood test called D-dimer.
The D-dimer is a blood test that shows a recently created blood clot. It shows nothing more than a recently created blood clot. Old blood clots are not indicated but only new blood clots.

I've been doing this with my patients now to find people who recently had their Covid injection within the last seven days. It has to be between four and seven days. I will do a blood test on them called D-dimer. I'm still trying to collect more information but from those I have so far, 62% of them have signs of blood clotting which means these blood clots are not uncommon!
It means the majority of people [with GENE vaccination] get blood clots that they don't even know they have.

So, (...) the most worrying thing about it is that there are some parts of your body, like your heart and brain and your spinal cord and lungs, that cannot regenerate [according to pharma pill medicine]. When these tissues are damaged by clogged vessels, they are permanently damaged [when one does not know about medicine with sodium bicarbonate]. That's why I now have six people in my practice with reduced exercise tolerance, which means they get out of breath much more easily than before. I have a patient who used to come to my office every week for an arthritis injection and who told me he could walk two miles with no problem. And now he's out of breath after a quarter of a mile. And that's been the case for five months.
So, this D-dimer test is proving that the majority of people [with GENetic vaccines] have blood clots, there are these six people who now have reduced exercise tolerance. What happened to them, literally, is that they clogged thousands of tiny capillaries in their lungs.

And what's terrifying about it isn't just that these people are now short of breath and can't do what they used to do before. But once you've clogged a significant number of blood vessels in your lungs, your heart is now pumping against much greater resistance to try to get blood through your lungs. This causes a condition called pulmonary arterial hypertension. It's like blood pressure, high blood pressure in your lungs because the blood can't get through. Because so many of the vessels are blocked.
And the frightening part is that people with pulmonary arterial hypertension usually die from right-sided heart failure within 3 years. So the major concern with this injury mechanism is that these injections cause permanent damage.
And the worst is yet to come because there are some tissues in the body, such as the intestines and liver and kidneys, that can regenerate to a fairly good degree. But the brain and spinal cord, heart muscle and lungs don't. If they are damaged, it is permanent [when you don't know natural medicine with sodium bicarbonate of Mother Earth]. Like all the young people who are getting myocarditis from these injections. You have permanently damaged hearts. It doesn't matter how easy it is. They will no longer be able to do what they used to be because the heart muscle is not regenerating [when sodium bicarbonate medicine is not known].
So that is the terrifying concern. So the outlook on the long run is very dark. But with each additional injection, the damage becomes bigger and bigger. Because with every jab more capillars are gradually damaged [blocked by micro blood clots].
